No – you do not have work any specific hours or days to receive an application for membership. The requisites for receiving an application are at least 18-month Arizona residence and at 18 years of age.

Once we receive your initial request for an application we will send you 2 additional forms to complete and return and then send you additional information regarding receiving an application.

Yes. You will need to be in good standing with your current Local and request a transfer card to be sent to Local 336. We will then be in contact with you.
